From the time you receive your order, you have a 90 days to window to make use of our open purchase policy. To make use of this, the following applies:

The product has to be unused and the product's packaging can't be opened or damaged. If the packaging has been opened, open purchase doesn't apply, instead the right of withdrawal would apply.

If you want to make use of the open purchase policy, you're responsible for the return shipping. How you send the product back is up to you. You can send the return as a regular letter with stamps or you can send it with traceable shipping. If you want to send the return traceable, you must send it via PostNord as we only collect shipments from PostNord postal offices. If you need help with how to send the return, we recommend that you go to your post office. If you chose to pay with a Walley invoice, we recommend that you report your return to them. You can also purchase a return label from us via this link: https://skalhuset.se/return/, this costs 45 SEK. You order and pay directly via the website and as soon as the purchase is made you'll receive an email and a text with a QR code. Show the QR code at your PostNord postal office and they'll print the return label for you. Remember to pack your return as small and environmentally friendly as possible and ensure that the product is protected from possible shipping damage. In the event of an unreasonably large package, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover extra costs from PostNord.

Please include the delivery note ("följesedel") you received by email in your return. If you aren't able to print out the delivery note, send along a note with your order number in the return. Send the return to:

When we've received and processed the return, we'll credit your order. All returns are normally processed within 15 business days from when we receive the return. You'll receive an email as soon as we've processed your return. If you've chosen Walley as a payment method, the credit will be made through them. This takes 2-5 business days. If you have paid with Swish, you will be reimbursed via Swish, within 24 hours of the return being approved.

NOTE:

If the return shipping hasn't been payed, we charge a fee for our and PostNord's extra costs. To be able to make a return, the product can't show any signs of use. If the product comes in a sealed package, the seal can't be broken. If the packaging is opened or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any reduction in value and deduct it from the return amount. We also reserve the right not to accept used products in return.
