Tracking and what to do if an order has not arrived or can't be fetched

If you have chosen a traceable shipping option, you can track your order directly via our website here:

Please note that tracking only works for shipments with a tracking number, not orders sent by letter (brevfrakt).

We always recommend choosing a traceable shipping method to be able to follow the shipment and get information more quickly about when it's delivered/where you can pick it up.

To track your shipment more easily, we recommend the app "Mina Paket" from Unifaun, from which you're able to receive notifications and other information about the shipment's journey to you. Don't forget to add your phone number and email address to the app, then all shipments are automatically synced to the app!

My order hasn't arrived

Expected delivery time is 0-5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. In the event of a delay it may take a few extra days. If you still haven't received the shipment after five business days from the order being sent from us, contact us immediately and we'll assist you.

What happens if I'm unable to pick up my parcel?

If you are unable to pick up the parcel, please contact us in advance. In most cases it can of course be resolved. If you don't contact us the shipment will be sent back to us as "Not requested/refused", which can then result in an additional cost for you, for ours and PostNord's/Bring's/Instabox's extra costs.
