For complaints on used phones, you first contact our customer service. We then decide whether it proceeds to a warranty case. If a warranty case is started, the device will need to be sent to us before we pass it on to our service partner who will then examine the device. If our service partner deems it to be a warranty case, then a replacement unit will be sent to us which we will then replace you with as a customer.
Should the case be deemed out of warranty by our service partner, the device will be returned to you. In such a case, you as a customer will have to pay a handling fee of 500 SEK.
