The product I ordered doesn't fit

If the product you received doesn't fit, you can start by double-checking the order confirmation that was sent to your email. Check that the product you ordered matches your device.

If you're unsure what device you have, you can pull up the model number and you'll be able to see exactly which device you have. We've made some guides for this
