If the product is damaged when you receive it, contact us via email with the following information:
- Your order number
- A couple of pictures of the damage and of the packaging/envelope the product came in
- Which product it applies to
- Description of the damage
You can email by clicking on "New support case" at the top right or email directly to email@example.com. If your email contains all of the above, we'll be able to handle your complaint quicker. If any information is missing, we'll request that information, which means the complaint will take longer to handle.
Most complaints can be resolved via email, we therefore ask you NOT to return the product before you've been in contact with us via email. In some cases, we need to get the product back, this will then be communicated with an approved complaint.
