Most orders are shipped the same business day as the order is placed, but the cut-off time for delivery depends on which shipping option you choose. More information on this can be found below.
Express handling (expresshantering)
We offer express handling (19 SEK, in addition to possible shipping costs). This means your order is prioritized and included in the next pick up. This additional service is only available if all products in your shopping cart are in stock.
Below are cut-off times for each shipping option. If you choose express handling and order before the cut-off time, your order will be sent the same business day.
PostNord agent: 15.00
PostNord home delivery: 15.00

Letters (brevfrakt): Mon 14:00 Tue-Fri 15:00
PostNord varubrev: Mon 14:00 Tue-Fri 15:00
Instabox: 18.25 - Mon-Fri, 17.00 - Sun
PostNord letter (brevfrakt): Sent as a regular letter with PostNord (not traceable). Depending on the size of the shipment, it might be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it's placed outside the door or hung in a bag on the letterbox/door.
PostNord varubrev: Sent with PostNord as "varubrev" (traceable). Depending on the size of the shipment, it might be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it's placed outside the door or hung in a bag on the letterbox/door.
Dooris: Sent with Dooris and delivered in the morning before 07:00 (traceable). Depending on the size of the parcel, it might be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it's placed outside the door or hung in a bag on the letterbox/door.
In some cases, SkalHuset will change the shipping method to PostNord "varubrev" if Dooris can't deliver to the chosen zip code.
Instabox express: Sent to the Instabox locker chosen at checkout. You will receive a text with a code to collect the parcel when it's been delivered. In some cases, identification with bank-ID may be required.
PostNord agent: If you choose PostNord agent as your shipping method, the shipment is sent to your chosen PostNord postal office. You will receive a text when your parcel is available to collect from the agent.
Bring agent: The shipment is sent to your nearest Bring agent. You will receive a text when your parcel is available for pick up.
Instabox home delivery: Delivered home with Instabox (traceable). At checkout you choose a time slot for the parcel to be delivered. In some cases, identification with bank-ID may be required.
PostNord home delivery: Home delivery with PostNord. When your order's been sent from us, you'll receive a notification by text or email to choose delivery options for your shipment.
Bring business package: Delivered directly to your company adress with Bring, Mon-Fri 8-17. Only one delivery attempt is made. If no one is on site to receive the shipment, the shipment will instead be delivered to your nearest Bring agent.
PostNord business parcel: Delivery to your company with PostNord, Mon-Fri 7-18. Normally only one delivery attempt is made. If no one is on site to receive the shipment, the shipment will instead be delivered to the nearest PostNord agent.
Pick up at warehouse: The order is available for pick up at our warehouse in Södertälje Monday-Friday between 09.00-17.00. Only personal pick up against valid identification. You receive an email and a text when the order is available for pick up.
NOTE! Only pick up of orders placed via our website. It's not possible to purchase anything on site.
Track your order:
We always recommend choosing a traceable shipping method to be able to follow the shipment and get information more quickly about when it's delivered/where you can pick it up.
To track your shipment more easily, we recommend the app "Mina Paket" from Unifaun, from which you're able to receive notifications and other information about the shipment's journey to you. Don't forget to add your phone number and email address to the app, then all shipments are automatically synced to the app!

My order hasn't arrived
Expected delivery time is 0-5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. In the event of a delay it may take a few extra days. If you still haven't received the shipment after five business days from the order being sent from us, contact us immediately and we'll assist you.
What happens if I'm unable to pick up my parcel?
If you are unable to pick up the parcel, please contact us in advance. In most cases it can of course be resolved. If you don't contact us the shipment will be sent back to us as "Not requested/refused", which can then result in an additional cost for you, for ours and PostNord's/Bring's/Instabox's extra costs.
