If the product you received does not fit, start by double-checking your order confirmation to verify what you have ordered. The order confirmation has been sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order.

Then find the model number of your device to make sure it matches what you ordered. Below are links to guides on how to find your model number:​

If the model number doesn't match the product you ordered, you can make an exchange
If the model number does not match the product you ordered, you can exchange the incorrect product.
